REFUND POLICY
NO REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS ON THE SAME DAY
Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to your reservation will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your reservation will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
No-Shows: No-shows will not be refunded
Changes in Booking: We will do our best to accommodate changes in your booking time or date, subject to availability. However, any changes may result in a price adjustment.
Technical Issues
In the rare event of a technical issue preventing your enjoyment of the booked facilities, Zoto Club will offer a reschedule or a prorated refund based on the time of disruption.
Food and Beverage
Food and beverage purchases are non-refundable.
